Former Montana Tech staffer back in jail, to face additional felony charges

BUTTE, Mont. — A former associate athletic director for Montana Tech accused of distributing dangerous drugs is back in jail after prosecutors allege he violated his pre-trial release conditions.

Nicholas Kelly Bowsher, who had been awaiting trial on a dozen felonies, was arrested late last week after a bench warrant was issued and his bond was revoked. Prosecutors claiming law enforcement seized a plethora of dangerous drugs at a home he owns in Butte.
