Other job opportunities can be found if you go online to the Butte Job Service, where there are pages and pages of positions waiting to be filled. Physicians are in demand, as are nurses and therapists. There are jobs for roofers and laborers, customer service representatives, and those looking for work in the food service industry.
The job listings are a sign of Butte’s strong economy, Todd Tregidga, a professor of economics and accounting at Montana Tech, said.
“First and foremost, Butte is definitely experiencing some growing pains,” he said. “It’s good our employers are hiring.”…
