BIGFORK, Mont. — A Montana man who broke his back at the gym claims it was the result of faulty equipment. NBC Montana previously reported Robert Daley is seeking damages for the incident, and that includes a possible product liability lawsuit. But we discovered Montana’s laws are quickly changing on that front.
Daley was familiar with the exercise, and he used a machine he had worked with many times.
