Senate Bill 90, sponsored by Sen. Carl Glimm, seeks to allocate funds from the state’s tourism revenue to help homeowners. “The credit will show up as a credit line item on your property taxes,” Glimm said. The initial credit amount is estimated to be $437, and potentiallu growing to $475 in the next four years.
