New helpline aims to support Arkansas teachers facing burnout and stress

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — AFMC, a local nonprofit, has launched the Arkansas Teacher Support Helpline, a confidential service that offers a safe space for teachers and school staff to share their struggles and explore practical solutions.

The support line is a free resource staffed by experienced professionals trained in mental health first aid, trauma-informed resilience, adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), and more.
