A New York man and a New Jersey man have both been sentenced for their participation in the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol, Gothamist reported.
According to the U.S. Attorney’s office, Michael Oliveras, 51, of Lindenwold, N.J. “prepared for war” in the hopes of impeding congress from certifying the 2020 presidential election, the report said.
