Delaware State Police are piecing together exactly what happened when a man was hit and killed by an SUV near Newark over the weekend.
72-year-old Prabhjit Klair of Newark had been standing on the southbound shoulder of Corner Ketch Road near Karrington Drive around 6:50 p.m. Friday, police said.
