JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ohio — Projects in Wintersville and Steubenville have been selected to submit final applications to increase low-income housing in the area.
This initiative is through the Ohio Housing Finance Agency, which provides financing to construct or rehabilitate low to moderate-income rental housing.
In December, the board reviewed project applications for two programs, including the 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit with Bond Gap Financing Program.
