A Canton woman just reeled in some big bucks on an Ohio Lottery scratch-off game — on her birthday no less.
Sandra Armstead won $150,000 on a Double Cash Doubler ticket on Oct. 3, the Ohio Lottery Commission announced Thursday. It is the highest prize amount for the game.
