The ongoing drought is affecting many in Missouri, but none as much as these 15 counties that need rain sooner than later.
We can see if there are the Tri-States’ dry, dusty conditions in the area. Last weekend I was racking leaves and covered in dust from the dry ground. Our cars are covered with dirt waiting for Mother Nature to bring on much-needed rain.
So when is relief coming?…
