NEWVILLE- Borough police say they have charged a Perry County man with numerous thefts from vehicles in the month of December.
On 12-19-2024 Newville Police began to receive reports of vehicles being broke into, missing debit cards, unlawful use of debit cards, and missing personal belongings such as tools, medical equipment, social security cards, and a handgun.
Newville Police launched an investigation and as a result have arrested Dominic Muscatell (19) of Elliotsburg. It was determined that Muscatell was moving through Newville at night checking for unlocked vehicles. While doing so, he stole items worth a total of approximately $1800…
