Man arrested on first-degree murder charges following deadly Harrisburg shooting: police

DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Harrisburg City Police alongside U.S. Marshals have arrested a man wanted for murder in Dauphin County.

Lateef Phoenix, 38, was arrested on Jan. 8 on charges of first-degree murder, tampering with evidence, prohibited possession of a firearm and carrying a firearm without a license.
