New bookstore & coffee bar opens, franchise restaurant debuts, Sheetz reopening

CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA (WHTM) — This past week in the Midstate we had a new bookstore & coffee bar open its doors, a new restaurant franchise made its debut, and Sheetz announced the reopening of its Harrisburg location.

Book Bar

  • This new independently owned bookstore had its official soft opening this past weekend at its new space on North Railroad Street in Palmyra. The new location offers a vast collection of book genres and also offers coffees, teas, and mocktails for guests to enjoy. The new bookstore’s official grand opening is slated for sometime next month.

Turning Point

  • A new breakfast, brunch, and lunch restaurant franchise has officially opened its doors on Rohrerstown Road in Lancaster County. The new Turning Point restaurant boasts a ‘Farmhouse Chic” interior and is capable of seating about 100 guests. The new restaurant…
