Two arrested at local hotel in Lancaster Co. animal cruelty case, one still wanted

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Two of the three suspects facing multiple animal cruelty and neglect charges have been arrested, according to the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office.

The charges come after an investigation by the PA SPCA, who recovered over 70 animals from their home in Conoy Township. 21 of the animals were found alive, suffering from signs of neglect.

Another 55 were found frozen in two freezers inside the home, consisting of cats, kittens, guinea pigs, and other small animals…
