York County District Attorney’s Office investigating suspicious voter registration applications

YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) – York County First Assistant District Attorney Tim Barker says they’ve received voter registration applications that were declined by the Board of Elections and reserved for criminal investigation.

The office clarified that they initially received 3,087 voter registrations as part of the investigation, however not all of them were declined.

The District Attorney’s Office says the initial investigation involves comparing the suspect applications to databases known by law enforcement. Each application received further assignment to determine whether criminal activity has occurred…
