INDIANAPOLIS — INDOT wants your opinion on their Level Up 31 plan to ease traffic on one of the busiest interchanges on Interstate 465.
INDOT says about 104,000 vehicles will use the U.S. 31 to I-465 interchange on Indy’s northside in 2025 each day. By 2045, they estimate it will see almost 161,000 daily vehicles.
