DES PLAINES, Ill. – A 28-year-old man from Cook County has been charged in connection with a shooting that happened Monday morning in Des Plaines.
Police responded to a report of shots fired in the 1500 block of Walnut Avenue around 11:15 a.m. When they arrived, they found that no one had been injured.
