Forecast: Snow likely to impact Friday morning commute

CHICAGO — Clouds will roll in Thursday night and through the overnight hours, bringing widespread snowfall and gusty southwesterly winds that will likely impact the Friday morning commute.

Light snow becomes likely after 2 a.m., with temps holding in the lower 20s. More light snow is very likely on Friday, with some accumulation, especially southeast of I-55. An inch or two of of snow through Friday is also possible in the city.

Friday temps, meanwhile, will top out near 30.
