GILLETTE — It’s been 10 years since the state of Wyoming decided to invest millions of dollars to build the Integrated Test Center in Campbell County.
The project at Basin Electric Corporation’s Dry Fork Station received $15 million from the state and $6 million from two private companies. Now, that money is running out.
