BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Police are investigating an armed carjacking allegedly involving two juveniles on West Pratt Street Tuesday afternoon, officials said.
Police said on Jan. 7 at 3:15 p.m., officers went to the 1500 block of West Pratt Street to investigate an armed carjacking.
