CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – The fourth and final teenager charged in connection to the February 2023 shooting death of 16-year-old Michael McCune has pleaded guilty.
Devin Gardner pleaded guilty to first degree theft, conspiracy to commit forcible felony and accessory after the fact.
