William Koller Peters, age 92, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 8, 2025, at his home in Biglerville where he lived with his wife, Shelbia (Quesinberry) for over 60 years.
William was born on April 21, 1932, to John Byron Peters and Mary Eugenia Koller Peters. After he graduated high school he served in the United States Army, training and serving in various airborne units.
