SILVER SPRING, Md. — Police are investigating a shooting in Silver Spring.
On Christmas evening, police were called to the 650 block of University Blvd. E for reports of gunshots. When they arrived they found a man unconscious.
The victim had a gunshot wound to the neck and was taken to a local hospital. The victim is in critical condition at last check, according to first responders…
