16-year-old shot twice by Durham officer faces charges in the investigation

Durham police investigators are charging a 16-year-old boy via juvenile petition after he allegedly raised a gun to an officer Sunday morning.

Charges include assault with a firearm on a law enforcement officer; possession of a handgun by a minor; and resist, delay, or obstruct a public officer.
