FORT LIBERTY, N.C. (WNCN) — The U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School graduated 162 new Special Forces soldiers on Thursday. The ceremony was held at the Cumberland County Crown Theater.
The men join this elite ranks of the U.S. Army after more than 18 months of intense and rigorous training at Fort Liberty and throughout central North Carolina. Recently the soldiers ranging from ages 21 to 40 completed their final test, known as Robin Sage, in rural parts of Central North Carolina.
