SUMMERVILLE, S.C. (WCSC) – One Summerville High School dance teacher is looking for her students to be as focused while they complete assignments as they are when they dance.
When Lauren Kogan‘s students aren’t doing choreography, they are sitting on the studio floor learning.
“When we do any kind of vocabulary assignment or PowerPoint presentation, the students are just sitting on the floor” Kogan says. “Most of them are OK with that, but it’s nice to have an option where you’re sitting for an extended period of time that you have some comfort.”…
