CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – The day after Christmas marks the first day of Kwanzaa and the International African American Museum is hosting special events to teach about the festival’s meaning.
The weeklong nonreligious holiday festival, which runs through New Year’s Day, is designed to celebrate African American culture.
