“We just did a recent really cool adoption collaboration with Dorchester Paws and Berkeley Animal Center called Lowcountry Paws Unite, which was historic. We all three did fee-waived adoptions on every animal throughout the weekend… and it was a tremendous success,” said Kay Hyman with the Charleston Animal Society.
The final numbers are in from the four day initiative. Dorchester Paws saw 73 adoptions while Berkeley Animal Center had 71 and Charleston Animal Society tallied 115 adoptions…
