PUTNAM COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) – Randy Parsons made a trip to the grocery store in Buffalo on Tuesday, but he said the roads still aren’t safe.
“For driving it’s been pretty bad, to be honest. This is the first time I’ve been out in my vehicle, I’ve had a side-by-side plowing, doing things like that with it, cleaning up around work, but it’s probably been as bad as I’ve seen in a long time.”
