CROSS LANES, W.Va. — Amber Seiler wouldn’t answer our reporter’s question during her arraignment late Friday night as to whether or not she spit on a child. The 29-year-old daycare worker from Kenova was charged with two counts of misdemeanor battery and a felony count of battery and assault of a disabled child. Parents Ashley Shaffer and Bethany Bird can’t believe this was going on while their kids attended the child care center.
“That’s exactly how it feels like I’ve paid for somebody to abuse my child.
