CHARLESTON, W.Va. – A Russian medical doctor who formerly lived and practiced in the South Charleston area was sentenced Wednesday to three years in prison for the unlawful distribution of oxycodone, the U.S. Department of Justice said.
Dr. Alexander V. Otellin, 57, also was sentenced to three years of supervised release following his prison term.
