LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A powerful winter storm is burying the Louisville area in inches of snow and ice on Sunday, with more expected to pile up.
In an update Sunday afternoon, Louisville Mayor Craig Greenberg said most of the city’s snow routes have been salted and plowed at least once.
