CHARLOTTE, N.C. (PINPOINT WEATHER) — This week is going to certainly bring a lot of something we have not seen a lot of in a while — rainfall!
However, something we have seen a lot of recently has been wildfires, like the one from Crowders Mountain Sunday.
Since Helene, we have had quite a dry spell. Charlotte received more than 9 inches of rainfall in just the month of September alone.
When looking at the rainfall from October and November together, the Queen City has only received 2.5 inches of rain. We may see more rainfall than that just this week.
