CINCINNATI (WKRC/CNN Newsource) – Aldi, the discount grocery store chain, announced it is set to expand its presence in the United States with the opening of 17 new stores across nine states.
The states slated for new locations include Alabama, Florida, Missouri, Mississippi, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Wisconsin.
The company has not specified when these new stores will open. This expansion was part of Aldi’s broader plan to establish 800 new stores in the U.S. by the end of 2028.
Once these stores are operational, the German grocer will have approximately 3,200 locations nationwide…
