VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — Virginia Beach police say they have resumed recovery efforts at the Oceanfront Monday morning for the two people who went missing in the water over the weekend.
Police also identified the the individuals as 22-year-old Sergio Olcot Ajbal and 22-year-old Sergio Xinico, who are both Chesapeake residents.
