RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — All southbound lanes were closed on a section of Interstate 95 in Richmond due to a multi-vehicle crash on Thursday morning.
At around 11 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 14, the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) reported that all southbound lanes — as well as the northbound left shoulder and left lane — were closed on I-95 near Bells Road due to a multi-vehicle crash.

According to Virginia State Police, the crash involved three vehicles including a taxi minivan, a tow truck and a F-150 pulling a trailer.
