CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — A Chesterfield family is recovering after their nine-year-old daughter was struck by a car during a Christmas event earlier this month.
Sheetal and Kaushal Davé, the parents of Neeti Davé, told 8News it occurred on December 6, while the family and neighbors were gathered to celebrate the holiday season.
