COLONIAL HEIGHTS − Police are looking for the driver they believe hit a homeless man earlier this week and left the scene.
It happened in the early morning hours of Tuesday, Nov. 12, according to a statement from Colonial Heights Police. The 33-year-old man, who is known as “Timmy” to the businesses he frequents along the southern end of the Boulevard, was lying in an area behind the convenience store at 617 Boulevard when police discovered him.
