COLONIAL HEIGHTS, Va. (WRIC) — In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, 8News took a look inside a Colonial Heights Dominican hair salon where stylists are building community and celebrating their Latin American roots.
Jackie Garcia, the owner of Rose Glam Dominican Hair Studio in Colonial Heights, told 8News that she was hit with a surprise shortly after opening in February 2020.
