‘Just crazy:’ Helene’s remnants cause James River levels to spike

RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – Remnants of Helene continue to affect the River City.

James River water levels are on the rise following the storm that brought devastation to the southwest region.

Tree trunks could be seen floating down at Pony Pasture, a dock was under multiple feet of water at Shiplock Park, and a ramp at Huguenot Flatwater Public Access was almost submerged.
