RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT)—Michelle Mosby made history as the first Black woman president of the Richmond City Council, and now she wants to do it again as mayor.
She served one term on the city council representing the ninth district before entering the mayoral race eight years ago. Mosby says she does not see herself as a politician but rather as a bridge builder and public servant, which is why she has her heart set on the mayor’s job again.
