RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Multiple Richmond roadways will see intermittent lane closures into 2025 to allow for various improvements to be made.
Beginning on Thursday, Nov. 7 and ending on Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2025, the following roads will see temporary, daily lane closures between 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.:
- 2nd Street, from Spring Street to Byrd Street
- Byrd Street, from 2nd to 3rd Street
- 3rd Street, from Byrd Street to Franklin Street
This will allow for striping to be replaced and for signs and flexible delineator posts to be installed, according to the city’s Department of Public Works.
