RPS parents and staff share concerns over quality of clear backpacks

RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT)—Richmond Public Schools parents and staff are concerned about the quality of clear backpacks.

The president of the Richmond Education Association, Anne Forrester, also an RPS teacher, told the board Monday that students are coming in with damaged backpacks.
