The Virginia State Police are investigating a shooting that left one man dead on the Eastern Shore on Thursday.
At about 7:43 p.m. on Thursday, the Northampton County Sheriff’s Office responded to a shooting in Eastville and found one man suffering life-threatening injuries. Shortly after, police received another call of a man who was transported by family members to the Shore Stop in Nassawadox, also suffering from life-threatening injuries. Both men were flown to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.
