RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Church Hill resident Drew Pryak walked out of his Church Hill home Monday morning and noticed his neighbor’s tires were empty. Concerned about what happened, he watched the video his Ring camera recorded the night before.
The video shows a person wearing a dark-colored hoodie walking through the neighborhood towards the driver’s side of a black truck. After that, the sound of air escaping from the truck’s tire can be heard as the person runs away.
Around 15 minutes later, the person come back and the same sound can be heard in the video coming from another tire…
