HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — The Henrico County Police Division has arrested and charged two people in connection to a deadly crash that occurred along East Laburnum Avenue in November.
According to Henrico Police, 20-year-old Lamontae Boomer, of Henrico, and 50-year-old Timothy Gray, of Mechanicsville, have been charged with reckless driving that caused injury to another in connection to a deadly Nov. 21 crash along East Laburnum Avenue.
