RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) -The Virginia Museum of Fine Arts is trying to make its biggest expansion to date, but now it needs to change some of its designs.
The Commonwealth’s Art and Architectural Review Board rejected the latest proposal from the museum, which the firm is working with, SmithGroup.
