CHEYENNE – The state Senate passed several pieces of legislation on third reading Wednesday, meaning they will next head to the House of Representatives for debate.
Senate File 33, “Noncitizen driver’s license and ID card-revisions,” will head to the House in an amended version from what was initially introduced. SF 33 now stipulates that noncitizen driver’s licenses include the words “not U.S.” in black lettering, in an attempt to clearly signify someone is ineligible to vote…
