KEVIN SCOTT BELL 1975-2024 Beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend Kevin, 48, passed peacefully at Enloe Hospital (Chico, CA) surrounded by his loved ones on August 18th, 2024 after his battle with aggressive conditions due to West Nile. Kevin was born in Rancho Cordova, CA on August 28, 1975, to mother Jaime Jarrett-Matson and late father Kenneth Bell. Jaime and Kevin would move to Chico in 1985 where Kevin attended Chico Jr. High and Chico High School, before attending Butte College for the studies of viticulture. Kevin’s studies led him to the La Rocca Winery (Forest Ranch, CA) where he would work for over 30 Years, and would also gain a second family amongst the La Rocca’s (Phil, Dharma, Phaedra & Maria). Throughout his life, Kevin was a simple man that enjoyed what he viewed as the important Things: hard work, taking care of family, and his favorite pastime of watching his nephew Milo.
