ROGERS PARK — A man was killed and two others were wounded in a shooting Wednesday near the Howard Street Red Line station, according to authorities.
At 2:51 p.m. Wednesday, three men were standing near the sidewalk in the 1600 block of West Howard Street when a car pulled up and someone inside opened fire, police said.
